Welcome to RunOnClaw. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RunOnClaw platform and services provided by RunOnClaw ("we," "us," or "our") available at runonclawd.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using RunOnClaw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
RunOnClaw provides managed AI assistant hosting on Telegram, powered by OpenClaw on Alibaba Cloud. Our platform enables you to deploy and manage AI-powered Telegram bots through a managed cloud infrastructure. We handle provisioning, scaling, and maintenance of your AI assistant instances.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use RunOnClaw. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use RunOnClaw, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
RunOnClaw offers a monthly subscription plan at $49/month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. After cancellation, your AI assistant instances will be deprovisioned at the end of the billing cycle.

You retain ownership of any content, configurations, and data you create through RunOnClaw. We retain all rights to the RunOnClaw platform, including its design, code, and underlying technology. The RunOnClaw name, logo, and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and we will endeavor to provide advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party infrastructure issues with Alibaba Cloud or Telegram.
RunOnClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunOnClaw and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to RunOnClaw at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and your AI assistant instances will be deprovisioned.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RunOnClaw operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
